Task

Develop an entertainment mobile application
for two platforms (iOS, Android), which should
include 5 intellectual quest games,
multiplayer mode, as well as
the ability to brand games for advertisers.

Stage 1

Design,
transition map,
static prototype

The application development process began
with design. We had a task
to develop the logic of all games and display it
in static prototypes with transitions across all
screens.


First, we designed the launch screens
of the application, registration, login, main
menu. After approval, we proceeded to games:
Abracadabra, Tail, Triconnection, Intellectus,
Enigma.

Stage 2

Logo development
and corporate identity
of the application

After all prototypes were developed
and approved, we proceeded to develop
the logo and corporate identity of the application.


Based on the client's wishes
and the general meaning of the application, it was decided
to take a magnifying glass (as a symbol
of search) and the letter Q (the first letter of the name)
as the basis for the logo and combine them into one.

The final stage of development was the preparation of the application guideline.

Stage 3

Design

After preparing the guideline, we started developing the application design.


The interface is made in a flat style. When developing the design, it was very important to consider the simplicity and speed of transforming the interface for other games in future versions of the application. The chosen style was perfect for solving this task.


In addition to interface elements and icons, unique illustrations were developed for the main menu of the application — Games, Prizes, Ratings.

Programming.
Testing

From a programming point of view, this project was one of the most complex and non-standard. Essentially, a portal was created with several games united by common points, ratings, and the ability to play for real prizes.


All data is loaded into the mobile application in real time from a cloud server. The number of games in the future is limited only by imagination. Very interesting and requiring special attention was the multiplayer mode, allowing players to challenge each other to a kind of intellectual duel. Multiplayer makes it possible to play the game against each other by users from different platforms, for example iOS vs Android.
